A new online tool, eOffer provides a common template that guides vendors through the process of submitting an offer to a solicitation. Now, vendors can use eOffer to respond to GSA Schedule 70 (Information Technology) solicitations.

By fiscal year 2006, vendors will be able to respond to most GSA Schedule contracts through eOffer. Three more GSA Schedules—Financial and Business Services (520), Professional Engineering Services (871), and Advertising and Integrated Marketing Solutions (541)—will use eOffer by the end of this fiscal year.

eMod is the most recently available component of eOffer. Released July 12, 2004, eMod supports contractor-initiated changes like adding and deleting Special Item Numbers, products, and services. eMod can be used with all GSA Schedule contracts.

For information on training and to ask technical questions, call (866) 472-9114 or send an e-mail.

GSA is working hard to make it easier for vendors to do business with the government.
