Hannibal Federal Building
Located at 801 Broadway, in the historic business district, this federal building offers easy access to U.S. Highways 36 and 61. Amenities include a guarded security entrance, ADA certified access ramp, state-of-the-art heating and air conditioning, on-site post office and property management.

Army Publications Center (Overland, Mo.)
The Sammy L. Davis Army Publications Center, predominantly warehouse space, was built by the Army Corps of Engineers in 1953, and ownership transferred to GSA in 1960. It is located at 1655 Woodson in Overland, and is the main building in the U.S. Army Publication Center Facility. A highrise building, constructed in 1987 by GSA, is attached and used for additional storage.

Civilian Personnel Records Center
Located at 111 Winnebago, this National Archives facility was built in 1961 and is used for office space and file storage. It is located on about 5.7 acres in the city of St. Louis.
