QUESTION: Does the Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) give grants to individuals with disabilities?

ODEP's grants are research demonstration projects for the development of new knowledge with the aim of increasing employment opportunities for people with disabilities through workforce systems. ODEP awards monies on a competitive basis, and solicitations for grant proposals are published in the Federal Register and on ODEP's Web site. Only non-profit organizations, state and local government agencies, and academic institutions are eligible to receive ODEP monies. Information on prior grants awarded by ODEP can be found in the Grants section of this site.
