ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

EG&G Technical Services, Inc., ("EG&G") filed a petition for review with the Administrative Review Board ("Board") pursuant to the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act, as amended, 41 U.S.C.A. § 351 et. seq. (West 1987) and 29 C.F.R. Parts 6 and 8. On August 27, 2002, the Board issued a Notice of Appeal and Order Establishing Briefing Schedule. However, on August 29, 2002, EG&G filed a motion with the Board requesting that the Board dismiss its appeal without prejudice.

Accordingly, we GRANT EG&G's motion and DISMISS its appeal without prejudice.
