ORDER CLOSING CASE

On August 22, 2006, the United States Department of the Interior requested the Administrative Review Board to grant it a thirty-day enlargement of time to file a petition for review of a final ruling by the Acting Administrator of the United States Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division under the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act.1 The Board granted the request, but on September 21, 2006, the Interior Department informed the Board that it had decided that it did not wish to petition for review of the Acting Administrator's ruling.

Accordingly, as the Interior Department has decided not to petition for review of the Acting Administrator's ruling, this case is CLOSED.
