Based upon the recent Order issued by the Deputy Secretary of
Labor, remanding issues related to the above-captioned matter to
the Wage and Hour Division for further consideration, the Wage
Appeals Board, United States Department of Labor, has determined
that the issues raised by Petitioner Building and Construction
Trades Department, AFL-CIO are not now properly before this Board.
It is therefore
Ordered, that the captioned matter is dismissed without
prejudice.
