In the Matter of: FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS WAB Case No. 92-04 With respect to application of the Davis-Bacon Act to the construction of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas building DATED: May 12, 1992 ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE Petitioner Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas had requested an extension of time until May 6, 1992 in which to file a statement in support of its Petition for Review in the captioned matter. Such statement was not filed. It is therefore, Ordered, that the Petition for Review is hereby dismissed with prejudice and that the February 7, 1992 ruling issued by the Acting Administrator, Wage and Hour Division (copy attached), is the final Agency action of the United States Department of Labor with respect to this matter.
