[DENIAL OF] REQUEST FOR RECONSIDERATION
The Wage Appeals Board is in receipt of a letter dated
February 16, 1984 from petitioners requesting reconsideration of
the Board's decision in the above-captioned appeal. The basis of
petitioners' request is that the Board's decision is dated prior to
the receipt of petitioners' Reply Letter Brief which was mailed on
February 7, 1984.
Petitioners' Reply Letter Brief was considered by the Board
upon its receipt, however, the Board determined that its decision
of February 8, 1984 should not be changed as a result thereof.
The decision of the Board is affirmed.
