MOTION OF THE UNITED STATES
FOR ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT

Pursuant to Section 2 (b)-(h) of the Antitrust Procedures and Penalties Act ("APPA"), 15 U.S.C. § 16 (b)-(h), the United States moves for entry of the proposed Final Judgment in this civil antitrust proceeding. A copy of the proposed Final Judgment was filed with this Court on July 28, 2000. Plaintiff is authorized by counsel for Defendants to state that they join in this motion. A Certificate of Compliance, certifying that the parties have complied with all applicable provisions of the APPA and that the waiting period has expired, is being filed simultaneously with this Motion.
