BEFORE:  THE SECRETARY OF LABOR

                          NOTICE OF CASE CLOSING

     On May 3, 1994, the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) issued an
Order of Dismissal in this case arising under the Program Fraud
Civil Remedies Act, 31 U.S.C. §§ 3801-3812 (1988).  The
Order was issued pursuant to a stipulation of settlement entered
into by the parties and filed with the ALJ on April 15, 1994. 
The statute provides that the Reviewing Official has the
exclusive authority to settle any allegations of liability
subsequent to the date for filing a complaint and prior to the
issuance of an initial decision by the ALJ provided such
settlement is in writing.  31 U.S.C. § 3803(j); 29 C.F.R.
§ 22.46(b), (f) (1993).
     This Order is to advise the parties that the ALJ's Order is
final and the case is closed.
     SO ORDERED.
