The above-entitled matter is presently scheduled for trial on Tuesday,
April 18, 1995, in Denver, Colorado. On March 23, 1995, counsel for U.S. Department
of Labor filed a Motion to Dismiss this matter, waiving any claims for recovery of
an alleged overpayment to Claimant in the amount of $800.12. Upon good cause shown,
the scheduled trial is cancelled and the matter herein is dismissed.
