On August 30, 1994, the parties submitted a Stipulation of
Dismissal and a Settlement Agreement in this case. The
Stipulation states that the parties reached a complete and final
resolution of the issues in the case, and requests that the case
be dismissed with prejudice. Upon consideration, the Stipulation
is ACCEPTED.
Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
