On December 19, 1986, I received an executed Settlement
Agreement and a signed Stipulation of Dismissal from the parties.
I have reviewed the Settlement Agreement and I find that it
is fair and reasonable under the circumstances and I approve it.
Accordingly, this case IS DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
