ORDER OF DISMISSAL

    This claim was heard on June 13, 1995. Thereafter the parties entered into settlement discussions.

    On June 24, 1996, a Stipulation Of Dismissal With Prejudice (attached as JX-1) was executed by the parties and received by the undersigned.

    It appears that there is no need for further action by the Administrative Law Judge. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED THAT this claim is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
