ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL

This case arises under the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA), 29 U.S.C. § 1579(a); and the applicable regulations at 20 C.F.R. Part 636.

After an audit of Grant F-4790-00-809-60, the Employment and Training Administration of the United States Department of Labor (Respondent) informed The Children's Village (Complainant) of its Final Determination on April 27, 2000.    In light of the foregoing, the Stipulation of Dismissal is hereby APPROVED and the case is DISMISSED with prejudice.
