ORDER APPROVING JOINT MOTION TO DISMISS

   This case arises under Title I of the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), 20 C.F.R. § 667.170(a) et seq., and the regulations thereunder.

   On October 15, 2001, the Employment and Training Administration of the United States Department of Labor (Respondent) notified North American Indian Association of Detroit, Inc. (Complainant) of deficiencies in its grant. Subsequently, Complainant filed a statement addressing the findings of deficiencies. Respondent issued a Final Determination of January 25, 2002, informing Complainant that it failed to comply with the terms and conditions of 20 C.F.R. § 667.170(a). On February 15, 2002, Complainant requested a hearing before the Office of Administrative Law Judges (Office). This Office issued a Notification of Receipt of Request for Hearing and Prehearing Order. The Prehearing Order required the parties to exchange and submit certain information to this Office.

   On April 3, 2002, Respondent and Complainant filed a Joint Motion to Dismiss. The parties have resolve all disputes and Respondent has withdrawn the Final Determination. In light of the foregoing, the Motion to Dismiss, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is APPROVED and ADOPTED in its entirety.
