The environmental justice policies and guidance page links to documents that are intended to establish policy or give guidance on environmental justice issues.

EPA's environmental justice program publications page includes links to: annual and project reports that deal with environmental justice issues, prepared by or for EPA; fact sheets about specific environmental justice topics such as grants, internship programs, and the Interagency Working Group (IWG); publications from the National Environmental Justice Advisory Group (NEJAC); the EJ Bibliography, a searchable listing of EJ related materials; and a DVD "Communities and Environmental Laws."

Documents related to the integration of environmental justice into all EPA policies, programs and activities. These may include planning (e.g., action plans), and accomplishment reports.
