GSAXcess® Offers X-tra Convenience

GSA has something “X-traordinary” for customers. It’s GSAXcess®, the web application that simplifies reporting, screening, and acquiring excess personal property.

Excess personal property (as opposed to real property such as land and buildings) is property that federal agencies no longer need. By using GSAXcess®, reporting this excess property to GSA is easier for federal agencies because it’s all done online.

Now screening—that’s finding what a user wants among the excess items—is easier too, thanks to GSAXcess®. Federal agencies and eligible state and non-profit organizations can electronically search the site.

Finally, GSAXcess® has brought the process for acquiring excess personal property to the web too. Eligible recipients can make their requests using GSAXcess®.
