Affidavit having been made before me by Special Agent David A. Gorr, Federal Bureau of Investigation, who has reason to believe that on the property known as:

The residence of JAMES J. MAPLES, 1248 Fleetwood Drive, Manitowoc, Wisconsin 54220-2316, a ranch style home including an attached garage and curtilage. It is tan in color with dark brown trim. The number "1248" are affixed on the mail box.

in the Eastern District of Wisconsin there is now concealed certain property, namely: as described Attachment B, which is incorporated herein by reference.

I am satisfied that the affidavit establishes probable cause to believe that the property so described is now concealed, on the premises above-described and establishes grounds for the issuance of this warrant.

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before January 22, 2004
