CONSENT MOTION OF THE UNITED STATES FOR ENTRY
OF AN AMENDED HOLD SEPARATE STIPULATION AND ORDER

With consent of all parties, Plaintiff United States respectfully moves the Court for entry of an Amended Hold Separate Stipulation and Order. The amended order addresses certain issues that have arisen with the original order relating to First Data's membership on NYCE's Board of Directors. The Amended Hold Separate Stipulation and Order, executed by the parties, is attached to this Motion.
