ORDER

Upon consideration of the joint oral motion to seal the scheduling hearing in this matter, it is this 28th day of October, 2003, hereby

ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED and the October 28, 2003, scheduling hearing is sealed; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the official transcript of the October 28, 2003, scheduling hearing Defendants shall provide to Plaintiffs designations of the portions of the transcript Defendants would like redacted.(1) Within ten (10) hours of receipt of Defendants' designations, Plaintiffs shall notify Defendants of any objections to Defendants' designations. Within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial receipt of the official transcript of the hearing, the parties shall jointly file with the Court a proposed redacted transcript, along with a brief description of any unresolved disputes regarding redaction designations.
