[PROPOSED] ORDER ADDING THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA AS A PLAINTIFF On October 23, 2003, the United States of America, the states of Connecticut, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio and Texas, and the District of Columbia filed a Verified Complaint in the above-captioned matter. On October 29, 2003, Plaintiff United States filed a Motion pursuant to Rule 21 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to add the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Plaintiff to this matter. The United States' Motion includes a statement from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania expressing its desire to join this lawsuit and its willingness to adopt the plaintiffs' Verified Complaint. Defendants have no objection to this Motion. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is added to this
matter as a Plaintiff and is deemed to have joined in the Verified Complaint previously filed in
this matter.
