Secretary's Order of Dismissal

    Complainant in the above-captioned case, which arises under the employee protection provision of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act, 49 U.S.C. app. § 2305 (1982), has

filed a Stipulation of Dismissal signed by both Respondent and Complainant. In view of this stipulation, Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) John C. Bradley has recommended that I dismiss this case with prejudice. Recommended Order of Dismissal, July 24, 1986. I agree with this recommendation. Accordingly, the complaint initiating this case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
