ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT

    On November 25, 1986, I directed the parties in this case to submit certain information so that I might determine whether the settlement entered into by the parties and Ronald P. McCluskey, Complainant's attorney, is fair, adequate and reasonable. Complainant McGavock, Respondent Elbar and attorney McCluskey each have responded to this order.

    I have reviewed the settlement and have concluded that it is fair, adequate and reasonable in the circumstances, and I approve it. Accordingly, this matter is DISMISSED.
