Crosby v. Hughes Aircraft Co., 85-TSC-2 (Sec'y Dec. 31, 1986)

U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR

SECRETARY OF LABOR
WASHINGTON, D.C.

Case No. 85-TSC-2

In the Matter of

PATRICK F. CROSBY,
   Complainant,

    v.

HUGHES AIRCRAFT COMPANY,
    Respondent.

ORDER

Complainant, on November 25, 1986, moved to replace pages 3 112 through 132 of Complainant's Memorandum in Support of Disqualification, Default Judgment and Sanctions, which had been filed on November 20, 1986. On December 8, 1986, Complainant submitted corrected pages for the Brief Regarding the Illegal Surveillance by the Hughes Aircraft Company and James Rossoff, which also had been filed earlier. For good cause-shown, Complainant's motion to replace pages 112 through 132 is GRANTED, and the corrected pages for the "Surveillance" brief are accepted.

Respondent in this case requested, on December 1, 1986, an extension of time within which to file reply briefs to Complainant's Memorandum in Support of Disqualification, Default Judgment and Sanctions, to Complainant's Brief Regarding the Illegal Surveillance by the Hughes Aircraft Company and James Rossoff, and to Complainant's Brief in Opposition to the Recommended Decision of the Administrative Law Judge. In view of the length of these
