RECOMMENDED ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT
The parties have filed a settlement agreement in this case, and have moved for its approval. Under the terms of that agreement, complainant will receive the sum of $2,000.00, out of which $487.51 will be paid to complainant's counsel as reimbursement for expenses (complainant's counsel is waiving attorney's fees). Although complainant's recovery under this agreement is slight, he is represented by experienced counsel. Her assessment of the appropriateness of this settlement should be respected. Further, it is clear that complainant's case is tenuous.
Accordingly, it is recommended that the settlement agreement is approved.
