                   RECOMMENDED ORDER OF DISMISSAL

     On November 10, 1995 the Complainant filed "Complainant's
Notice of Withdrawal Without Prejudice," seeking withdrawal of
the complaint without prejudice.  On November 15, 1995 the
Respondents submitted "Respondents' Acknowledgement of
Complaint's (sic) Notice of Withdrawal of Complaint Without
Prejudice," stating that the Respondents therefore "consider
this matter closed."

     Accordingly, the hearing scheduled for November 28, 1995 is
canceled, and it is recommended that the complaint be dismissed
without prejudice.
