ORDER

    On April 14, 1992, R. Glenn Plumlee (Complainant) filed an appeal from the April 8, 1992 findings of the Wage and Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor. On April 28, 1992, counsel for Complainant filed a letter stating that the Wage and Hour Division has reopened its investigation in this matter. Complainant requested dismissal of the appeal without prejudice to proceed. No objection to the request has been received from the Respondent.

    Based on the foregoing, it is ORDERED that this matter be held in abeyance pending the outcome of possible settlement developments. The parties shall inform the undersigned of the status of this case within thirty days of the date of this Order.
