• Page 5, top paragraph, fourth line from the bottom: "lead" should be "led".

• Page 6, top paragraph, next to last line: "Swicker" should be "Swickle".

• Page 9, last paragraph, fifth line from the bottom: "Wellington" should have been identified as James "Pat." Wellington, Alyeska's Manager of Corporate Security.

• Page 14, top paragraph, fourth line: "June 5, 1990" should be "June 5, 1980".

• Page 15, top paragraph, second line: "expectation" should be "expectations".

• Page 16, next-to-last paragraph, eight line: "(id. at RS 1232)" should be "(CX 5, at RS 1232)".

• Page 31, footnote 19, third line: "conflict" is misspelled.

• Page 42, second full paragraph, second line: "ordered" is misspelled.
