for 42 hours at the rate
of $150.00 to $200.00 per hour. No objection to the fee petition
was filed by Respondent. In considering the hourly rate, I will
award $175.00 per hour. There being no objections and the
application appearing to be reasonable, an attorney's fee of
$7,350.00 is hereby approved.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Employer shall
pay Complainant's counsel, Jeffery V. Strahan, Esq., the sum of
$7,350.00 as a fee for representation of Complainant.
