                      RECOMMENDED ORDER OF DISMISSAL

     It appearing that complainant has not pursued this case
since 1990, and complainant's attorney having advised that the
complainant apparently does not intend to pursue this case any
further in view of the respondent's bankruptcy, my Order of
Remand of April 12, 1995 is vacated, and it is recommended that
the Secretary of Labor issue an order of dismissal of this case.
