                   RECOMMENDED ORDER OF DISMISSAL


 Pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Trial entered May 25, 1995, 
this cause was called for trial the sixth (6th) day of September,
1995.  After the appearances of the attorneys of record, Counsel
for Complainant requested a dismissal of this cause of action. 
Complainant, under oath, stated to the Court that he wished to have
this case dismissed.  Counsel for Respondent stated that there was
no objection to a dismissal.

     It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that this
case is hereby DISMISSED.

   Entered this 13th day of September, 1995 at Metairie,
Louisiana.
