RECOMMENDED DECISION AND ORDER
DISMISSING CLAIM
On May 31, 1995, at the hearing of L. Craig Wagerle v. the
University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and Trustees of the
University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, the Complainant Sang
Joo Kim, who was present, was directed by the undersigned to advise
his office whether he was going to continue with his action. More
than thirty (30) days had passed and the Complainant had not
communicated with this office. Additionally, the Complainant has
not provided the Court with any way to communicate with him orally.
On July 13, 1995, an Order to Show Cause allowing the
Complainant fifteen (15) days to show why his Complaint should not
be dismissed. To date no response has been received from the
Complainant.
Accordingly, pursuant to 29 C.F.R. §24.5(4)(ii), it is

RECOMMENDED that the Complaint of Sang Joo Kim be DISMISSED.
