    Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Daniel J. Roketenetz submitted a recommended decision to me in this case arising under the employee protection provision of the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, 42 U.S.C. § 5851, recommending that the complaint be dismissed. In his decision, the ALJ thoroughly reviewed the evidence in the case and carefully weighed the testimony of the witnesses, making clear findings on their credibility on disputed issues. After review of the record, I find that it fully supports the ALJ's decision and I adopt it in all respects. Accordingly, the complaint in this case is DENIED.
