    After remand of this case by the Secretary on January 13, 1984, the parties entered into a Settlement Agreement which resolved all issues pending in this matter and jointly moved to dismiss this matter on the basis of that settlement. The Administrative Law Judge has recommended that the settlement be accepted and the matter dismissed. I adopt his recommendation. Accordingly, this matter is DISMISSED.
