Case No. 86-ERA-36

In the Matter of

Ronald J. Goldstein
    Complainant

    v.

EBASCO CONSTRUCTORS, INC.
    Respondent

ERRATA ORDER

It has come to my attention that the Recommended Decision and Order of March 3, 1988, made no provision for time limits for Respondent's response to Complainant's attorney fee petition.

    Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that

    1. The following sentence is added to Recommendation No. 6 at page 13 of the Recommended Decision and Order of March 3, 1988: "Employer is given ten (10) days after receipt of the attorney fee petition to submit its response."

[Page 2]

    2. Except for the above addition, the Recommended Decision and Order of March 3, 1988, remains in full force and effect.
