settled, and that a request for dismissal with prejudice of the case
scheduled for hearing on July 9, 1985 would be forwarded to the
undersigned.
On June 24, 1985, the parties filed the request for dismissal.
Upon good cause shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the matter be and
the same hereby is dismissed with prejudice.
