ORDER
This matter was referred to the Office of Administrative Law
Judges pursuant to request for hearing filed by Complainant
Donald A. Nisich, Sr., on August 27, 1984.
On this date, Complainant's Motion For Dismissal With
Prejudice of this cause has been filed. Simultaneously, Employer
filed a response consenting to the entry of an order dismissing
this matter.
Whereupon, having considered the motion, matters preliminary
thereto leading to its filing, Employer's response, and the
record;

It is ORDERED that:
1. The above-captioned case and complaint of Donald A.
Nisich, Sr., be DISMISSED with prejudice; and
2. Hearing in this matter on March 21, 1985, at Ft. Worth,
TX, is cancelled.
