ORDER
This matter was referred to the Office of Administrative Law
Judges pursuant to request for hearing filed by Complainant Sue
Ann Neumeyer on May 14, 1984.
On July 25, 1984, the parties executed, and have filed a
signed copy herein, a settlement agreement, which effected a
compromise and settlement of the issues in the above-captioned
matter.
Pursuant to the settlement agreement, Complainant has filed
a Motion For Leave To Withdraw Complaint And For Dismissal with
Prejudice of this cause.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that:

1. Sue Ann Neumeyer's Motion For Leave To Withdraw
Complaint is GRANTED, and the complaint and request for hearing
are withdrawn, and the hearing in this proceeding is cancelled,
and
2. The above-captioned case is DISMISSED with prejudice.
