DECISION AND ORDER

    This is a case arising under the Energy Reorganization Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 5851 and its implementing Regulations.

    A hearing was held on January 30 to February 1 1985. On the last day of the hearing, the parties announced that they had entered into a settlement agreement and requested that this case be dismissed with prejudice to the complainant. I have read the terms of the agreement and it is accepted and approved. The settlement agreement constitutes my findings of fact and conclusions of law. Accordingly, this case is dismissed with prejudice to the complainant.

    So ORDERED.
