ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
Upon consideration of complainant Lawrence P. King, Jr.'s
request for entry of an Order of Dismissal with Prejudice, and
it appearing that the Wage and Hour Division previously
determined on June 10, 1983 that complainant had not been
discriminated against, and that complainant has withdrawn his
previously filed request for a hearing on that determination.
IT IS ORDERED that the complaint herein is dismissed with
prejudice pursuant to 29 C.F.R. § 18.39(b). Each side shall bear
its own costs.
