DECISION AND ORDER - DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE

    On June 9, 1983, the Complainant, James R. Wermelinger, his counsel, Thomas M. Dattilo, and Paul M. Schudel, counsel for Respondent, jointly filed a Stipulated Motion for Dismissal with Prejudice of this matter. The Motion requests an Order be entered dismissing this case with prejudice for the reason that the parties have reached a full and complete settlement of all disputes relating to the action. The Motion for Dismissal was submitted pursuant to 29 C.F.R. § 24.5 (e) (4).

    Following due consideration of the Motion for Dismissal, IT IS ORDERED that the Motion is granted and this case is dismissed with prejudice.
