                         ORDER OF DISMISSAL

     Pursuant to a Notice of Hearing issued on March 23, 1994 and
duly served on all parties hereto, a hearing in this matter was
scheduled in Mobile, Alabama for April 22, 1994.  Neither Claimant
nor a representative appeared at said hearing.  On May 4, 1994
Claimant was ordered to show cause, in writing, on or before May
20, 1994, why this matter should not be dismissed.  Claimant was
served with said Order to Show Cause by certified mail on May 6,
1994.  Claimant did not respond to the Order to Show Cause.
     It is ORDERED, therefore, that his claim be dismissed for
failure of Claimant to appear and prosecute his appeal.
