SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND ORDER AWARDING 
ATTORNEY'S FEES

     A Decision and Order dated February 2, 1994, issued in this
matter approving a compromise reached between Complainant
 and Respondent.  Counsel for Complainant has filed a
fee petition for services rendered and costs incurred, to which
Complainant has agreed, for the successful prosecution of this
matter.
     In view of the foregoing and in the absence of any specific  
fee objections, I enter the following:   
                           CONCLUSION AND ORDER
     Accordingly, Complainant shall pay to his attorney, Maumus F.
Claverie, Jr., the sum of $2,400.00 representing fees and $14.10
representing costs incurred in the successful prosecution of this
claim for a total amount of $2,414.10. 

     ORDERED this 2nd day of February, 1994, at Metairie,
Louisiana.
