   The parties have moved for me to transfer this case to the Administrative Review Board for its consideration of a consolidated settlement involving this case as well as 99- SDW-1 and 4. I find that this motion is appropriate, and

   IT IS ORDERED that this case is transferred to the ARB for its consideration of the parties'consolidated settlement agreement.

   For the past several months, I have requested respondent's counsel to pick up allegedly privileged documents which were submitted to me for in camera review. They have not done so. Since I am now relinquishing the file in this case, this seems to be a good time to return these allegedly privileged documents to respondent. Therefore, these two folders of documents and a compact disc will be returned to respondent with the copy of this order that is being sent to Mr. Crouse.
