RECOMMENDED DECISION AND ORDER
The parties to this proceeding under the
applicable provisions of the Sale Drinking Water Act, 42 U.S.C.
§ 300J-9(i) 1988 have resolved their dispute as provided in
the documents appended hereto.
It appearing that the settlement is fair,
adequate, reasonable, and not against public interest, it is
recommended that the Secretary of Labor approve it.
