                                         ORDER
   

     I issued an order on June 13, 1994 directing the parties in
this case arising under the employee protection provision of the
Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended (ERA), 42 U.S.C.
§ 5851 (1988), to submit an unredacted copy of their
settlement agreement for review within thirty days of that order
or this case would be remanded to the Administrative Law Judge
(ALJ) for a hearing on the merits.  The parties have not complied
with that order and accordingly this case is REMANDED for such a
hearing.  The parties may at any time submit an unredacted copy
of their agreement to me for review.

     SO ORDERED.
