RECOMMENDED ORDER OF DISMISSAL

   The parties have filed a joint motion for dismissal in this matter, submitting an agreement (attached) which appears to conciliate fully the issues in controversy in the matter and which sets forth the further agreement of the parties to have the matter dismissed with full prejudice.

   The agreement has been reviewed; it appears fair to all parties and consistent with the applicable provisions of the law. Accordingly,

   IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED THAT the Secretary of Labor enter an order dismissing this matter with full prejudice.
