Dear Ms. Culbreth:
Attached hereto please find the Formal File in
the above captioned cause which was assigned to the undersigned
on December 11, 1990 and which is to be reassigned to Administrative
Law Judge Daniel Lee Stewart.
The following is the procedural history of this
case:
1. A Complaint alleging discriminatory conduct was filed on
September 19, 1990. The National Office of Administrative
Law Judges assigned this case to Administrative Law Judge
Daniel Lee Stewart who, on October 5, 1990, issued an
Order of Remand and submitted the case to your office
where it currently rents.

2. An Amended Complaint was filed on October 17, 1990, which,
in error, was assigned Case No: 91-ERA-11 by the Docketing
Section, Office of Administrative Law Judges.
Since Complainant's pleading of October 17, 1990 in an Amended Complaint
and not a New Complaint, it appears necessary and proper that all
documents concerned therewith be consolidated with Case NO: 91-ERA-1
which in before you.
Your are additionally advised that action has been
instituted to strike Case No: 91-ERA-11.
