Complainant, through Counsel, on February 19, 1991, filed herein
his Notice of Dismissal Without Prejudice pursuant to Federal Rules
of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(i) and the Order of Dismissal of the
Secretary in Stites v. Houston Lighting & Power Co., 87-ERA-41
(September 29, 1989).
WHEREFORE, IT IS RECOMMENDED that this case be DISMISSED WITHOUT
PREJUDICE.
